Theme 6 (Comenius Project 10-12): Healthy Questionnaire‏!

All of us want good health. But many of us do not know how to be as healthy as possible. Health experts now describe lifestyle as one of the most important factors affecting health. In fact, it is estimated that as many as 7 of the 10 leading causes of death could be reduced through commonsense changes in lifestyle.
Thats what this brief test is all about. Its purpose is simply to tell you how well you are doing to stay healthy. The behaviors covered in the test are recommended for most people, however, some of them may not apply to people with certain chronic diseases or handicaps or to pregnant women. Such people may require special instructions from their health professional.

What Do Your Scores Mean?
Scores of 9 and 10 (I HAD MORE THAN 10)
Excellent! Your answers show that you are aware of the importance of this area to your health. More important, you are putting your knowledge to work for you by practicing good health habits. As long as you continue to do so, this area should not pose a serious health risk. It is likely that you are setting an example for your family and friends to follow. Since you got a very high test score on this part of the test you may want to consider other areas where your scores indicate room for improvement.
Scores of 6 to 8
Your health practices in this area are good, but there is room for improvement. Look again at the items you answered with Sometimes or Almost Never. What changes can you make to improve your score? Even a small change can often help you achieve better health.
Scores of 3 to 5
Your health risks are showing! Would you like more information about the risks you are facing and about why it is important for you to change these behaviors? Perhaps you need help in deciding how to successfully make the changes you desire. In either case, help is available.
Scores of 0 to 2
Obviously, you were concerned enough about your health to take the test, but your answers show that you may be taking serious and unnecessary risks with your health. Perhaps you are not aware of the risks and what to do about them. You can easily get the information and help you need to improve, if you wish. The next step is up to you.

And that is my mom's test:

CONCLUSIONS:

Well, I have to say that I got the result that I expected because I think that I'm healthy enough and I think that the worst aspect of my life is the diet. I think that I must take care and change it a little bit because I want to be more healthy than now.

And about my mother, I have to say that I though that she was going to got 9 points or more, but I think that in more aspects , she is more healthy than me, except the matter of smoking. She smoke 10 cigarettes by day and this is the worst aspect in her life. However, she told me that she will change this and she is going to give up smoking.

Well, I hope  this will help you and DON'T FORGET TO BE HEALTHY!

Playing for a change

From the award-winning documentary, "Playing For Change: Peace Through Music", comes the first of many "songs around the world" being released independently. Featured is a cover of the Ben E. King classic by musicians around the world adding their part to the song as it travelled the globe.

Lyrics:

This song says, no matter who you are,
No matter where you go in your life
At some point you're going to need
Somebody to stand by you.

Oh yeah! Oh my darlin' Stand by me!
No matter who your are, no matter where you go in life
You gon need somebody, to stand by you.
No matter how much money you got, or the friends you got,
You gon need somebody, to stand by you

When the night has come, and the way is dark,
And that moon is the only light you see.
No I won't be afraid, no I-I-I won't be afraid
Just as long as the people come and stand by me.

Darlin' darlin' stand by me, Ooo stand by me Oh stand
Stand stand by me C'mon stand by me stand by me

If the sky that we look upon
Well should tumble and fall
And the mountains should crumble to the sea
I won't cry, I won't cry, no I won't she'd a tear
Just as long as you stand, stand by me

Oh darling, darling stand by me, oh stand by me,
Oh please stand, stand by me, stand by me.

Oh darling, darling stand by me, ohh stand by me,
Please stand, stand by me, stand by me.
Ohhh baby, baby... (interlude)

Oh darlin' darlin' stand la la nomie
Ooo stand la la nomie, O stand O stand stand
Stand by me c'mon stand by me, stand by me.
Stand la la nomie, oh won't you stand, la la nomie,
Oh stand la la nomie, stand by me, c'mon stand by me.

When the night has come, and the way is dark
And the moon, is the only light you see
I won't be afraid, lala nomie, I won't be afraid
Not as long, not as long as you stand by me.

My family! ♥

Hi everybody!

Today I'm going to talk abou my family  because I think that they're so special and important in my life. I love them! :)

Well, I'm going to start to explain with who I'm living. I live with my mother Conchi, my father Cristóbal and my sister Eva

My mother is the best mother you may have! She's generous, sympathic, laughing, funny, beautiful, raucous, she always understand me, help me, gives me calm, she's very tidy and she loves to being happy.

My father is a little lazy but when he does anything, he's very perfectionist! He loves watching sports on TV, listening to good music, like The Police, Queen, Supertram, Mecano, Bon Jovi and U2 and of course motos.

Well, now I have to explain the hard part. My sister! xD She's 15 and she is really annoying, talkative, she gets on my nerves and she's a little stupid too. But she also has a good part. She's really original, she looks like a designer because she has a good taste in clothes, she loves good music and although she doesn't like doing her homework and study she strives to do the best she can.

And now it's my pets' turn. I have two cats. They're black and their eyes are green. They're called Filú and Nus. Filú is 5 years old and Nus only 1. They're so lovely, cute, funny and calm but they sometimes are a little crazy too. I love them!

So, this is my family! I hope you like it! Bye and comment!
